Old school customer service
We moved into a new home and needed to upgrade our locks. We called and got through to business owner Ben, rather than an AI chat or an overseas call centre.
Ben was friendly and knowledgeable and gave us great advice on upgrading our locks. He also let us know that he could assist with a new Ajax wireless alarm, CCTV system and a security screen door. I didn’t know locksmiths did all of these other services as well!
Once the job was booked in, the team arrived on time and completed the installation efficiently and professionally. They used drop sheets to protest our floors and furniture and vacuumed up after they were finished.
Handover was seamless and we were able to pay by EFT to avoid credit card fees.
I can’t recommend Macquarie Locksmiths more highly as a professional family owned business on the north shore who go the extra mile to provide old school customer service.

Efficient and honest
Can’t recommend the Macquarie Locksmiths team highly enough. We moved into a new house and needed our locks changed. The team was friendly on the phone, knowledgeable, provided an up-front quote and completed the work efficiently and for the quoted amount. We will definitely use them again!
