This site is so much help for boating, you just enter your post code and you get tide charts, wind forcasts, rainfall, sunrise/sunset, swell and heaps more. They also sell tide clocks and home weather stations.

Great fish and chips with the view to match, eat in or take away. Take away is the way to go as there is plenty of park bench's strait across the road that are right on the water.

The best burgers in vic!! Located on main street bairnsdale(princess hwy) I stop here every time I pass though and they never disapoint. I grew up in the area and the shop has always been there so they must be doing somthing right.

The same as gregs in rosebud.. Fantastic meat and good service, they also have reward card system that offers some good bonus's.

The dava has a gaming room, public bar, bistro and a large roof deck bar. The bistro has a play ground off to the side so its good for the kids. I look forward to checking out the deck on a sunday arvo. Food is ok...

I have never had an overly bad or good time at the rosy pub, all i can realy say is that the drive through is fast and has good service. The bar in the gaming room is a good place to watch and punt on sport

This place has the best smokers room/ sports bar ive ever been to. As a smoker its very rare to be still looked after and not put out in the cold. The out door pool table is a little strange but still good. Fantastic to be able to have a beer, smoke and a punt with mates again.

The rye pub is fantastic if you have small kids as they have play ground built into the bistro so for once I was able to have an OK meal in relative piece and quite. The food is always ok, about what you can expect from a pub bistro.
