Without a doubt one of the best Bayside Chinese restaurants with only the smarter and more expensive Bak Choi in Brighton worth comparing. Sadly closed during Covid, originally for renovations but didn’t reopen. Leaves a large dap in the Hampton/Sandringham/ Black Rock choice.

Not bad and very good value. Food can be rather greasy.

The newer Mid Valkey Malaysian Chinese almost next door is better ( used to be Kotaraya on Elsternwick).

Win Ho has closed and what was a mediocre, albeit long established restaurant replaced by Jiu Fiu which is far worse.

QuLity and value ( and range) are essential but service ar Officeworks Highett far outperforms other nearby large retailers located between Brighton and Southland.
