They also used to say on their website for the gold package ' great for local shopping' . If you're doing local shopping, there's a good chance you're gonna be less than 10kms from your house. They offered to discuss this issue on the phone but I'm still waiting for their call. To be honest, the concept was a great idea, but to have such an exclusion of being 10kms from home, and that it's hidden in the terms and conditions which are also hard to find is simply reprehensible.
