Real Roadside

I waited three hours and fifty minutes for service. The calls I made were directed to a reserve call centre where the girl taking the calls had no information. All she could do was email the company.
This was on a fine afternoon, no rain or any reason for a delay.

be warned that if your car is within 10kms from your home, they won't come out to you. It is stated in the Ts&Cs so they can legally do that, but extremely deceptive practice because no competitor even has such a rule. They also used to say on their website for the gold package ' great for local shopping' . If you're doing local shopping, there's a good chance you're gonna be less than 10kms from your house. Anyway, when I told them about this issue, they said that they're not in breach of any laws and they quietly took away the above statement . I have a screenshot of the old quote.

They offered to discuss this issue on the phone but I'm still waiting for their call. To be honest, the concept was a great idea, but to have such an exclusion of being 10kms from home, and that it's hidden in the terms and conditions which are also hard to find is simply reprehensible.

recently my gear box went in holden cruze, no surprise my mechanic tell me.

used real roadside, they had tow truck in about 30 minutes tow me to mechanic. Service good and acceptable

im 65 and have been with [redacted other business name] for the last 40 years. lets face it the prices are going up and i cannot afford to continue to pay their premiums.

I switched to real roadside approx 9 months ago, i've just got back from a trip around australia and yes I did need roadside assistance in WA. Seems the fridge flattened the battery
great service i did have to wait 40 minutes for a jump start but none the less good service

recently joined real roadside, they've been helpful over the phone with some technical support questions
that i have had. Turns out i needed a new battery, the current one had almost melted. They had some one arrive around the 40 min mark. reasonable priced battery. couldn't be happier

Carol-Ann - Was driving from melbourne to sydney, when my car started to sputter, i pulled over to the side of the road and called Real Roadside even though i wasnt a member i got a very good price and then continued to receive a discount on my membership as well

i needed a tow from work my car broke down and the mechanic i wanted to take my car to was about to close but the mechanic said the car be dropped off into the parking area and he would take a look first thing in the morning i spoke to a really nice gentle man named Daniel he got the job booked in and also provided me with a uber from the mechanic straight home i was so impressed

I was driving in the heavy rain, when my car stopped i was on my way to bring family to the airport to get someone out to get my car going again she also was able to call ahead and make sure the flight would wait so thank you Real Roadside and thank you Jasmine for going above and beyond.

I locked my dog in the car accidently after leaving the beach. I was lucky to be a member of Real Roadside they prioritised my job and someone came out in 12 minutes I couldnt believe their fast response, I spoke to Jasmine she kept me calm i was so stressed because it was a hot day and so worried about my angel that i was extremely relieved to have jasmine on the line with me relating to the life of a fur baby parent i am forever greatful Real Roadside Team Thank you !!!

Have required assistance from Real Roadside on two occasions. Both times Great problem, I waited 25 minutes for the tech to show up for a jump start.

The second time i required a long distance tow, in which they facilitated at easy from my remote area.

I should be greatful for what they did, but im a prick and i know it hehe. None the less they did go out of there way and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend them and will be renewing again in the future.

I was a non member when I contacted Real Roadside and needed urgent help. It was 5:47pm Friday
There amazing customer service had a tow truck with me in 8 minutes, moved my car to the nearest
mechanic who they had stay open for me and then transported me from the mechanic to my home.
Im now a member and for obvious reason. They were there when I needed them.

I 've been a member of Real Roadside for about 6 months. A few weeks ago my mazda 6 refused to start, leaving me stranded at the shops.

I called on Real Roadside who had a mechanic onsite within 20 minutes and fixed my issue.

Thank you for the fast response and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them.
