Extremely disappointed & would suggest avoiding.
I had peroxide blonde hair & wanted to go 2-3 shades darker however, I ended up with 50 shades of brown despite reiterating over & over not to go too dark.
After having to wait 4 days & showing a picture of how dark it was in normal light, they did not apologize or take any responsibility for the screw up. They did a half head colour correction which left me with very dry, damaged hair & half the thickness it was. I sat there during the correction for over 2 hours & no one spoke to me despite it was obvious how upset I was over all of it.
They never listened to what I wanted, took no responsibility for seriously screwing up my hair & they demonstrated complete lack of care & consideration.

After spending hundreds of dollars & then some I am far from happy about the lack of service I received. I bought a 50L tank and all the bits to go with it only for it to start having issues within 6 weeks of buying (the first clean). I called & told them there were issues, They told me the thank is fine & gave advice, with the initial being: cleaning it every 2 days for 10 days. I proceeded to do everything recommended for another 3-4 weeks where the tank only got worse. I called to get the tank replaced given it was clear it was the tank but they told me it was my fault, told me to learn about tank chemicals on Google & buy a Ph Kit for $69!! I have had fish tanks for over 15 years & NEVER have had this issue EVER!! I spoke to other pet stores & they all agree that the tank is clearly faulty. Mentone Aquariums were rude & took no responsibility for faulty equipment, I have now been forced to buy another tank at my own expense (& now the problem is gone) when this should have been happily replaced. It is not acceptable & not a place I would ever recommend. DO NOT GO THERE!

Your condescending comment further reiterates that customer service & happy clients are not a priority. This is a review not feedback to the appalling treatment I got for trusting you to do your job. Clearly blonde is not something you specialise in.
And posting a positive review right when I've made a complaint says it all.
I have coloured my hair for over 20 years & yet this is the only place that could NOT do this change without being rude & negligent. You can't even apologize for screwing up my hair. Where is the integrity & professionalism?
