Have been here 3 times. Twice with my husband for dinner and it was ok but we made the mistake of taking a group of friends for a Christmas party and it was a joke. 4 people got food poisoning and other meals were dried out & inedible. The waitstaff were busy but almost nonexistant and we struggled with the evening. It was a disaster. I wrote to the restaurant to tell them of our experience but got a terse letter back pretty much calling me a liar. Good luck but be careful here.

We have been taking friends here for dinner for well over 10 years now and it has always been a good feed, reasonably priced and great atmosphere. Crystal has perservered over all thses years to keep the quality, prices & service top quality. They sometimes get quite busy & do heaps of home deliveries so at times the service may be a little slow bvut overall a great place to take family & friends for a feed.

My husband has taken me here a few times now and we are never let down by the quality of the food. The atmosphere is lovely and the owner is always cheerful to talk to. This is one of Parramatta's best restaurants. No gimmicks or flashy stuff just real honest to goodness great food, great atmosphere & friendly service. You will have an enjoyable dining experience here day or night!

Warm & inviting atmosphere, fabulous food and Danny.....what a fun character! The place gets busy but when you eat there you know why. Authentic Italian food, full of flavour and the seafood tastes like it was just caught. I dare anyone to find better!

What a fabulous feed. Great food , fabulous service & amazingly nice people. They all made the dining experience unforgettable!! Value for money & as my nephew & my son said"Best pizzas in the Universe". Grace.
