A brilliant day spa! The famed Hepburn Springs water in their pool and spa was clear and cleansing. We took part in a package that included a bath, massage, facial and floatation tank session. Prices were very reasonable as Dayslesford can be quite pricey. They also cater for pregnant ladies.
Why have I been buying books?? Possibly because my memories of the library was pretty poor: lack of books, you had to pay to reserve books, limits on borrowing and so on. Well no more!! I have been blown away by the service at the Ringwood and Croydon branches. Reserving books is easily done online or in the library. It doesn't take long to get books and you can borrow an unlimited number of books, DVDs, CDs, talking books and so on.
Pretty standard health food shop. Some things are a little pricey compared to other health food shops. Staff are generally very helpful, although not particularly friendly. A good range of products and they stock very addictive beetroot chips.
WOW! As a (former) Amazon shopper, these guys take the cake! Their prices are usually much cheaper than Dymocks, Borders AND Amazon. Why is it that books are so incredibly expensive in Australia??!! These guys are a UK outfit and postage is FREE!!!! Average delivery times are about 1-2 weeks, but sometimes books come much quicker. Move over Amazon!
Health food shops are generally expensive to shop at. These guys are fairly competitive with their prices, despite being located in Eastland Shopping Centre. However, where they fail is with their service. Staff are not very attentive and don't appear to take much interest in their jobs.
A fantastic health food shop in Heathmont. The lady running the show is very knowledgable and extremely helpful! She is happy to hake the time to discuss your ailments and to make numerous suggestions as to appropriate courses of treatment. Prices are as expected at health food shops, but in terms of service, this is the place to go!
A great noodle box shop. Clean, friendly and the food is delicious. Plenty of it too!! They have a good range of noodle dishes and also quite a variety of stir fry dishes as well. Their entree list is limited, but they are tasty.

Despite my initial misgivings (a menu with the street name spelled incorrectly!), this place does great pizza! It is no Sampe's in Mooroolbark, but this is a great alternative. Their pizza is not too thick and they don't skimp on the toppings.

A nice little (!) restaurant. The food is great and they have some interesting options such as goat on the menu. There is a great range of different dishes and quite a good vegetarian range.

A fabulous Vietnamese restaurant. Staff are always friendly and service is very speedy. The food is cheap and there is plenty of it!! You won't leave hungry from here! Their bubble tea is also fantastic. Especially on a hot summer's day!
