Great service but very expensive comparing to others

Very smooth and easy to deal with
Minor defects on their houses but takes so long to get them fixed

Great customer service
Decent knowledge about the products
Great range and best deals

They claim their prices are fixed but clause 19.1 on their contract allows them to ask more money anytime they want and they have done it to me 3 times and they have not yet event applied for the permits after 10 months and keep asking for more money.
Lack of integrity, knowledge and responsibility is screaming at this Company
