SHOCKING. Just shocking - they showed no concern for doing the job once we paid the money. We ended up with dreadful work that didn't even function and they could not have been less dismissive.
I've been 4 times and each time has been worse than the last. Completely overpriced and the food is overrated. Great ambience but that's about it. Hate it.
Saw the Asian lady who was apparently a fabulous eyebrow and tattoo artisan. After paying over $1,000 they used a chemist brand cream to numb my brows (didn't work) and spent an agonizing 90 minutes. I was asking for mercy and at one point thought I couldn't go through with it. Agony. After all that I've one brow completely different to the other. One is thicker and much higher. Ridiculous outcome. I then went to a REAL expert who sorted me out in just one visit. Of course I'm out of pocket for two attempts but happy with the end result and have now found the brow professional I'll stick with. My advice - stay away from this place unless sheer agony is your thing and you don't mind a wonky brow.
SO, SO unprofessional.
We flew in especially for our service (sister and I). Had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in the door. Champagne. There was a lady hosting us before our booking. Chocolate cookies, lolly station, tiny juice bottles and the store smelled incredible. Could smell it from the moment we got out of the cab. We didn't plan additional services but opted for triple layer method strokes on the day. LIFE-CHANGING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Couldn't be happier. Just wish I'd gone sooner. I'm in my late 50's and have spent the last two decades drawing my brows on. No more. I wake up with perfect, neat, even beautiful brows.
