the service is friendly and the interior looks good for a local suburb.
The food comes out quick and my bestie and I end up eating lots. The pad thai was awesome but I wouldn't order the fried ice-cream...it tasted like something I prepared and cooked myself (and that's a bad thing).

Firstly, the line and initial reception is in chaos! There is one person serving all these hungry customers!
Secondly, there is a horrendously long line for the buffet, which is silly considering you paid $50 to eat and end up waiting for 30 minutes in a line.
Thirdly, staff are attentive.
Fourthly, the view is beautiful and I understand you go to see the view and probably not to eat because the food isn't all that great and the desserts are out of the ordinary (and by that I am not being positive) but at least they have ice-cream so I am kept happy.

Ok so they revamped the place but service is still just as bad. It takes this woman with short brown hair 15 minutes to get me a glass of water and twice I had to tap her on the shoulder. Her attitude was because it was water it wasn't important (I was so thirsty! Hot weather!) My beef burger wasn't spectacular, the beef pattie was in three pieces and ended up falling everywhere, the chips were the little bits at the end, which is annoying because normal chips would have been better. My friends salad was drenched in oil, haha so much for choosing a healthier option.
So overall, bad, still bad, but at least the view of Darling Harbour is still there...beautiful.

I loved their baked goods, the range is large, it's cheap and affordable and it's the answer to a quick (I'm in a hurry either in the morning or going home or heading to class) snack (or meal).
I have always been a regular customer of them and their range of baked goods are plentiful. I love their sausage rolls or meat pies for lunch and if I need a snack, the apple pie or brownie works well as well.
The only reason that I buy from this bakery is because of their wonderful baked items. It reminds me of home and in saying that, this is highest compliment I can offer. However, being Australia I would expect better customer service, perhaps a smile and eye contact, perhaps some speech or some form of gesture would be nice.
There has been a bit of hype regarding the opening of this new Japanese restaurant. Their head chef is one who has had plenty of experience at very well-known Japanese restaurants in Sydney so it's no surprise that the food here is equally great but hopefully there will be some growth in his menu options.
Before Hornsby Westfield was rebuilt, this lovely eatery was buzzing. This was because of their wonderful customer service, their great, authentic food and the freshness of their use of produce. You have your classic BBQ pork served with fragrant rice, freshly smoked duck and their meals are so affordable, there's not a burnt in my wallet. Definitely recommended.
The range if plentiful - from pizza to Asian to deep-fried fish and chips, there's plenty to choose from. I love the ice-cream machine and I think as well as the jellies, these two items are my favourite.
This buffet is definitely one of the more affordable places without sacrificing the quality of their food. The range is wonderful - Chinese, Indian, Aussie and the dessert range is absolutely exciting. Great for family outing and catch-up with friends.
