The food comes out quick.

We went as a bigger group and because the food came out quick, it was a bit sloppy.

Definitely not cheap and the touch-screen placing was very awkward.

I went here on a sunday for yum cha.

Sundays are the best days for yum cha. The atmosphere is buzzing and the food keeps coming out.

BUT, this did not happen.

I was sitted in the back of the restaurant where the food didn't really come to us.

The waitreses were trying to get rid of the food on their trolleys meaning we were offered the same food at least six times.

We waited for more than half an hour for more food but left with only eating two dishes.

My hungry boyfriend and I were annoyed the staff didn't really care about us.

And it's not cheap. If the price justified the quality and the service then I would be ok with it but saying that I was ok would be an overstatement.

How smart of the owners to open a sister restaurant to the one that is very popular in Haymarket.

I only discovered this when I drove pass in Chatswood. It's near the station.

And just like the other one, there was a very long line.

The same great quality for the food. The same curries and rotis.

And the same reasonably priced.

I like the variety of sandwiches they offer to make.

I like the location of their cafe.

There are seats out in the front and inside or you can takeaway.

I just think their portions are small! I always want more.

I like the chicken with cranberry sauce.

All of the sandwiches have clever names as well.

This Thai restaurant is different from most of the other local Thai restaurants.

Their dishes really stand out and they are continuously exploring new things.

Do try the quail eggs.

This is more like a cafe.

It's got small, tall tables with very tall chairs. For someone so short, it's a struggle to get on the seats.

There isn't really any decor, the walls are just white.

It is small and I sat near the kitchen. Being only one metre away.

And I must say, the chef touches the food we eat a lot...and it didn't really look clean.

We got the steamed salmon and fish and chips and the portions are small and expensive.

The service is ok, but more like they can't be bothered that you are there.

I love Jared Ingersoll's creations and this is his new diner. I love how there are more traditional ingredients but the way they put it together and present it is really new, colourful and exciting.

The attention to detail is great. And the atmosphere is nice.

This price is pricey. it isn't cheap so we go there for a special occasion. A friend's 25th birthday.

Let's start with the wait, the booking was for 8.30pm but they said we had to get there at 8pm otherwise our booking is cancelled.

So we didn't get sitted until 9pm.

Our waitress was not smart, we had to repeat 4 times that we wanted a salad as a side for the table rather than a main. She looked confused and asked why we are eating two mains each...

I asked for medium rare and the meat I got was rare. It was not cooked a lot.

It came back, cooked but with a different side - chips. I wanted baked potato because I am aiming to eat healthier.

So the people were good, the view was good, the actual cooking and service and management was not very good.

Not worth it.

Go to another bar and grill like Rockpool.

If the locals come here for the food, then as a newcomer this should be a really big hint that they food is really good here.

It's buzzing and it's always busy. Make sure you try everything and keep an open mind.
