I've been doing a Stretch Therapy class with Carmel once a week for over 3 years and the benefits, both physically and mentally, have been wonderful. Being in my 50's and having a desk job I was always feeling so 'rusty' but that all changed when I discovered Stretch Therapy. Carmel is extremely knowledgeable, caring and kind and she makes everyone feel nurtured and valued. You will love the relaxation session at the end of the class!
I love my weekly stretch class. I don't feel as 'rusty' as I once did and I can see and feel real benefits and I've also learnt a lot about my body in the process. Not only can I touch my toes again but I can put my hands flat on the ground! I can highly recommend this class, especially for us older people! Thanks Carmel :)
