Purchased a media player got lost in the post took 4 months to resolve the matter.
Customer service is second rate. I have changed my mind about this company. Quality of products is still high most times but what lets them down is when they need to interact with a costumer.

Purchased a guillotine that was bigger than expected but works fine. It arrived with a broken handle and i tried to let them know for information purposes and they tied me up in red tape. They kept wanting to know more and more details until i had know idea what they were talking about, finally i gave up.

Purchased a record player that converts the music to mp3s was damaged on arrival sent it back at their expense they returned it two days later it stopped working sent it back at their expense now it works, for now. I only paid for the registered part of the postage

Product purchased was missing parts poorly packaged for shipment so that the product could slide around. When contacted via email they laid the blame of the missing parts on the manufacturer.Refused to discuss the matter further.The worst online trading experience ever.
