If i could give 0 stars i would!

I wouldn't recommend factory fast. I never received the product I paid for! When I contacted them, they said they'd only refund me if I took a photo of the item! I NEVER RECEIVED IT! How am I supposed to take a photo of something I never got?

My 900 x 900 corner shower screen arrived damaged when due to be installed. The top curved rail was crushed on one end and deeply scratched in the middle and unsable, likely from the factory before packaging. All I got was the run around and verbal diarrhoea from them. Had to purchase the replacement part from another supplier. No replacement or compensation whatsoever was offered by FactoryFast, only to purchase the damaged parts from them. Give these guys a wide berth. Wish I had read other peoples experiences before I bought. "After sale service was of a very poor quality, extremely bad and unpleasant.

Bought 5 x live Mouse Catchers which were on special and $35 cheaper than Bunnings incl delivery. Same design as Bunnings but the metal is much stronger. I have had to take 2 back to Bunnings as the metal is so weak the mice can pull down the ramp and escape. This was a month after purchase! Very happy with QUALITY of Factory Fast product. Will buy again for sure. Only complaint was they took awhile to arrive but expect that's due to Australia Post.

I ordered a bookshelf through this company and when it arrived it is half the size of the measurements online. They offered me a $25 refund. How can you use a bookshelf that is too small for books. They are now ignoring my emails. Do not buy from this website!

Bought a potrtable fold up trolly on the 20 th November Paid through Paypal. Still not received it After many emails they told me it was damaged in transit through the post They asked me if i wanted a replacement. I said ok Then later they told me it would cost me an extra $24 for as it was not covered in the warranty I said no .Just give me my refund. They said it would ta ke a couple of days to show up in my paypal account Thats a week ago. This company woiuld lie to save its [redacted due to personal identifier], No integrity no principal Give them wide berth.

Hi William, You might be able to get your money back through PayPal. If you contact PayPal and let them know what happened and your communication with Factory Fast they may very well do a refund.

Terrible customer service.
I ordered a shower screen for $500. They provided me with a faulty one and refuse to replace or issue a refund.
Not recommenced. I wish I read all the Terrible reviews before I purchased.

Don't buy from this company! I bought a splint from them and thier first excuse for me not being able to return to them was that I needed oringal packaging. When I said I had this, they then said I couldn't return it due to pandemic..... I did laugh at this one, as at the time we weren't even in a lockdown.... shopping in stores etc was all normal. Anyway lesson learnt, I would never buy from this company again.

Absolute shocker of a business. As a business owner i would be horrified if my employees treated people the way i was treated. I purchased a chinup bar for my gym. When it was sent it was scuffed and has the wrong dimensions. Firstly they takes 3 days to reply to any email. When you call they say “yes it is with the warranty team” just terrible. They will take your money in an instant and send you item that doesn’t match what is presented.

Ordered a shower screen 15 June. 25 June received 2/3 boxes. Last box never arrived.
Had to scream for anyone in the office to do anything for me. Replacement parts sent 1 July but not express which would have reached me overnight. Now 6 July. Nothing arrived. I have no shower. I want a refund so I can buy another one locally. Tradesman very unhappy.
Customer service is completely ignoring me now.
Pay more but don’t buy from these guys. Not worth it.

Randy Travis leg strecher.
I had questions about the seat piece; turns out it came attached upsidedown.
I sent messages where I was advised to on the recipt email. No reply. I thought that wasn't good enough. After finally getting it together the over all quality was poor.

Purchased 3x9m Wedding Outdoor Gazebo Marquee Tent Canopy White it was not as described or shown. They clearly state that product is double sided zipper not a zipper anywhere on the product. Rather has Velcro strips which does not hold wall panels together. There is no way that this product will protect your guest from rain.

I bought a shower screen from FactoryFast consisting of 3 cartons. The first 2 cartons were delivered after 2 WEEKS, the last carton NEVER ARRIVED. The replacement was NOT EVEN arrived after 1 WEEK they resent it. This company is beyond amazing, the Customer Service was not even helping. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

this site is a sham.
when you order it gives an ETA of 3 days.
when you get a notice it has shipped and you go to trace it has not been scanned by a courier.
when you call you get a well trained deceiver.
you are directed to the fine print T& C's which says delays can be 11-15 working days.
When you query why they put 3 days as the ETA when they know it will be more, they then claim the courier has it and it is held up.
When you call the courier and wait on hold for 45 mins to talk to someone there, they say it has never been collected and scanned.
when you call factory fast again to cancel shipment, they will not cancel as they say it has 11-15 days to ship. when you call again after 15 days still not received or scanned by courier, they refuse to refund.
after you report to your back to stop card as fraud a refund is issued, and low and behold a month later the item is still delivered to you.
then factory fast asks you to arrange it's return at your own expense, when you say no, they then arrange to pick it up at their expense.
the rude arrogant deceiver, lied on every point and knew it had never been shipped from the start.

Avoid this company like the plague! Ordered a bed frame only to receive it with missing parts. After weeks of asking for the replacement parts to be dispatched with no luck, we finally then turned around and asked them to arrange a return for a full refund. We politely asked them to provide us with packaging as we threw the packaging out since it was bin collection day the weekend we moved into our new home. Little did we know, we were in for the run around - this company has been nothing but troubles to deal with, and have been highly unprofessional in their correspondence. If you're planning to shop here, think twice. We should've spent a little bit extra and purchased from a more reputable online retailer. Their online reviews clearly show their lack of service, and they have been doing this for YEARS - look at Whirlpool threads, too. Their actions are nothing but shady. If you're getting a great bargain, think again, as if you have a problem, good luck having it remedied.

Orders go unfilled for many weeks and refunds take forever - if you can get one. Customer service is negligible verging on nonexistent, and they use couriers please as their delivery partner. If you like waiting around for a very long time for nothing to arrive, having been charged at the point you placed the order, and if you like a carefree attitude to dealing with you during the process then these are your guys. For everyone else choose literally anyone else.

I would not recommend ordering from Factory Fast.

We ordered a dog bed and they sent one a few sizes too small. We emailed with photos showing incorrect measurements / size of bed and it took a lot of work to get a refund and they even offered 50% refund if we accepted the incorrect size which wouldn't even fit our dog. They wouldn't send the correct size even when we said pick up the old one and send the correct one.

The customer service experience was very unprofessional and slow. It is not worth ordering from these guys.

Ordered a Martial arts leg stretcher. It arrived faulty where it jumped cogs. A warranty claim via their dodgy online forms received absolute no response now 4 weeks later. Today I lodged another ticket with a Fair Trading notification. Will see where it goes from here. Really bad company. Avoid.

Can only recommend staying away from FactoryFast as they are customer unfriendly, arrogant, and ignorant and deliver the worst service ever.
They are not even frightened by a 6:30 Report threat any longer – business must be going very bad....
Absolute dodgy place and the unfortunate side effect one looses any inclination to buy from the Internet....

Bought 3 bicycles and a tuner, only the tuner and one bike arrived.
Firstly, they could not correct an issue with their website and I was no able to log on or view my purchase details and all they said was 'oh well, we don't know either'.
When I emailed them (due to their lack of contact numbers) I was informed that it was the customers job to track the delivery. So I did.
I was informed by aust post that they had sent it back a few days later, the only notes on the dispatch was 'oversized'. no delivery was attempted, no consignment note, no nothing, just one bike out of 3 ordered.
They then told me that if they do have the bikes I would be charged for a second postage or charged for putting the item back on the shelf?!?!
I will attempt to get the item charged back by my credit card, it has been over two weeks, I'm hoping that it will soon resolve, but from the experience I'm not expecting them to try and help.
now read two bad ratings of this company and wished I had read about it first. Too bad, will not be shopping here again and strongly suggest anyone reconsider another store, even if this place is $50 less, not worth the aggravation, I think I got their number from another site though for anyone who needs it 02 8003 3329, good luck if someone will pick it up.

these people offer you deals, but do not go ahead with them. They lack customer service skills, and take endlessly to get back to you. I have sworn off this company and prefer to look elsewhere

I wanted to buy something on there website and i was trying to find a phone number to contact them but there was no number to contact anyone so i had to submit an email i received a generated email stating "that Your Ticket has been received and a member of our staff will review it and reply accordingly". I had sent 2 urgent emails and no-one responded to my inquiry its been over 2 weeks now. What had happened was i had seen 2 different advertised prices for a product by this company, when i sent them 2 urgent emails asking why they had 2 different prices listed for exactly the same product as i wanted to buy the product i received no repsonse. But to my shock within days the cheaper advertised price was removed and they didnt even bother emailing me back to let me know what had happened as they knew they would have to sell it to me at the advertised price. Shonky......
