Very poor service...rude customer service...maybe more staff would help...the woman serving with a child on her hip was too occupied...will by-pass it next time

I found the reception staff to be friendly however, please check your account before payment as on my first visit I was charged for a service I did not receive. The communication skills regarding procedures is poor and I will not be attending this practise in the future.
