Unfortunately use young dentists with poor communication skills, constantly pushing expensive implants as options over less expensive procedures. Not trustworthy

I found the reception staff to be friendly however, please check your account before payment as on my first visit I was charged for a service I did not receive. The communication skills regarding procedures is poor and I will not be attending this practise in the future.

I had a great experience with Sally.
She is very friendly and she explained everything in detail so I was able to understand.
I loved that she also went through the treatment plan/prices before we even began with my procedure.
Also one of the easiest dental visits I've ever had. She made me feel very comfortable the whole time.

I feel that I had the dentist's focused attention when I explained my situation. I have been heard and have full confidence that a meaningful strategy will be followed to rectify the numerous dental problems I have. I surely will recommend Concept Dental to every person I can.

I presented with an emergency, a very painful broken tooth, wobbling on it's fractured moorings and constantly bumping into other teeth, and my tongue.
I was given the first available appointment, and then a rapid but careful removal of the tooth. This was followed by a very difficult and painstaking session of more than an hour, with two extremely competent and determined professionals ultimately triumphing in removing the stubborn root remnant. I was impressed with the resourceful manner in which this was achieved, and have had no discomfort since, despite several stitches. I have a follow-up appointment next Monday, and moreover received a follow-up inquiry the morning after the extraction, just to make sure I was OK!

My 3yo had a minor emergency and we were seen immediately. Everyone was so genuinely kind and compassionate. Concept dental will be our family dental clinic from now on. They're exceptional.

Concept Dental has looked after my dental health for over 10 years. From the receptionists to the dental hygienists and the dentists, I have always experienced professional friendly service. Recently, Michelle the dental hygienist was very thorough and kindly recommended some preventative work which was undertaken by Dr Beech. Dr Beech explained every step of the procedure to me and even gave me choices on how we could proceed. I have no hesitation in recommending the Concept Dental team.

The difference from my so called good dentist compared to Concept Dental is absolutely huge . From the ladies at reception through to the dentists nothing is left out . Fantastic services and follow up procedures make this business outstanding . I wish I had found this place sooner.

I have been to cheaper no out of pocket expenses with HCF and the Greenwood based dentist was a waste of my time not to mention 3rd rate service. Concept Dental was worth the extra kms to get to. 1st a very professional and friendly organisation, 2nd their Dental Hygienist was excellent was the best clean i have ever had, 3rd Dentist was also very good and lastly as for pricing you get what you pay for, I am happy with the costings and service and will be returning to Concept in the future.

Concept Dental is best Dentist Surgery I have ever been too! I have been coming here for a number of years and the service is incredible every time. The staff are friendly and provide a fantastic service and my teeth have never been so good.
