Went to harbour just this weekend to do some shopping and also to get my dress shorten. Was greeted by this nice Asian lady which mention that altering my dress would cost me $24. I asked her how fast can she get it done and she said if I left it with her now she can have it done in 2-3 hours.
That was prefect. I could have lunch and do some shopping and then pick up my dress.
She did a wonderful job. Dress was shorten to the length I wanted without too much trouble.
I would be a returning client this coming weekend when I need to bring in my partners Jeans which she told me would cost $16 to shorten. Great value for money.

I was at the Marion Markets the other week and I happen to walk past their store. They had all these treats for dogs.
They also had a few out for sample and my dogs just absolutely loved the peanut butter one.
They explained how all these treats were all very healthy for dogs and contain no sugar.
This is the ultimate indulgence for your dogs. Buy some and watch the eyes of your pets light up.
BTW they also do deliveries so visit their website and order some delicious treats.

My partner and I just live down the street and this is the first time he has gone there for a hair cut.
Look at it from the front its just a normal house and you would expect to be in a garage getting a $5 haircut. However once you get there and she lets you in you know she means business. She has a full blown salon in her garage.
She has been in business for many years. She has over 20 years experience so she is very quick with her hands. My partner took around 5 mins. It was also one of the best haircut he has ever gotten.
We're definitely putting her on speed dial from now on.
The price is average, but Deborah herself is great.
Highly recommended for all!!

I went to Marion Markets the other week hoping to find some treasure out of other people's trash. Met many friendly vendors there and a lot of friendly pets and their owners.
Walked pass this store and spoke to Carole there. I told her that I have just recently moved to Adelaide and is in need of some company. She proceeded to tell about how to adopt and how rewarding and fulling it would be.
She spoke to me how she was a adoption failure meaning she didn't have the heart to give up the dog she was adopting.
This is an amazing cause to help the less fortunate pets if you have the means too. All you have to do is visit their website. Put down your details and they would organise someone to come over to your place to look at your yard to ensure its pet welcoming. It would great for these injured and lost pets to have a loving home to go too.

Great organisation, extremely friendly and knowledge staff. What are we waiting for. Lets all start adopting!! :)

Yummy Chinese food, not exactly authentic as it's more catered towards the Caucasians. The food there seems to be a bit more sweeter, but hey that's the way I like it..
Parking is easy to find, staff there are friendly, Always get served within 1-2 mins of looking at the menu.
A favorite there would be sweet and sour pork. Typical I know but the taste is definitely one not to miss. Great Value for money always

When I visit her I usually go for the combination duck and BBQ pork rice. The food here is average, its not as good as some of the other places in the city eg BBQ King.
Its the closest place to where I worked a few months back so when I had a craving for BBQ meat I would head that way.
The staff members there are friendly, the service is quick as it usually quick busy. You order, pay then stand to the side and wait for your order to be packed into a lunch box. The wait is never more than 4 mins.

Give it a go when you're in the around. But even if you don't you're not missing out on that much

THE BEST VALUE FOR MONEY SUSHI IN SYDNEY!!!!!!

This place has the biggest scallops I have ever seen on top of a sushi. All dishes and rolls, beside the udons are $3 so hence I don't have to watch out for the color of the plate or the bill.

My favorite dishes would be soft shell crab in a bowl, eel and avocado roll, grilled salmon or scallop roll or the cheesy crab dish. I always buy take away to snack on on the way home.

I'm not a student and I don't park in market city so I usually pay the higher $3 a dish but its still worth it. Their clean and fast in making all their dishes as their kitchen is in the middle of the room. I love watching them slice up the salmon filets.

***** Don't miss out whilst its still cheap!!!! Won't be surprised if they raise the price. They have already raised the price a few years back once.

I love their bento boxes. Portion sizes are always big so filing. I find this place similar to Pepper Steak near Town Hall station. This place has a little more variety in terms of different ways of cooking the dishes where as Pepper Steak is mainly well known for their steak on sizzling pan.
Park is a little harder. You can park inside market city but it can be quiet expensive. Entertainment Center parking is a little cheaper depending on what time of the day you are parking. Better off just catching public transport.

All in all one restaurant not to miss

I love this Sushi restaurant. It has both the sushi train and la carte menu. I usually go there on a Saturday and if I get there after 12ish it would be packed and I would have to wait for a seat next to the sushi train.
Eventhough I go there only during lunch I prefer to la carte menu for dinner. So I always ask if I can get the dinner selection and share that with my friends whilst having some extra sushi dishes from the train on the side.
Their serving are big, food is tasty and presentation is immaculate.

This review is approx 2 months old as I have since moved down to Adelaide. I'm noting down all my most memorable experience in Sydney in the past year to share with the public.

I think I have pretty much tired everything on the menu expect the spicy chicken with rice. My parents know the owners of the business and I know the daughter because we went to the same primary school. Every time we go there we get exceptional service and I get to hang out with my friend.
The portions there are massive as I can't even come close to finishing one meal myself. They add alot of meat and veggies into the dishes which I find is great value for money.
Its usually quite busy here so if when I can't get a seating I just order take away. Definitely one of the best restaurant in Flemington.
