One of the best Indian restaurant I have come across in my stay in Adelaide.
Usually most places are too oily or salty but this place has a really authentic taste to it without making it taste too unhealthy. The meals here are not spicy so no need to drown down extra water.
Parking is right in front of the shop on a main road but relatively easy to find. The wait for the food was a little longer than I expected but the food was well worth the wait.
Dishes sit about $10 per serving which isn't too pricey. Would definitely go back again. They also deliver which is something I might try out next time I am in the mood for Indian.

Friends introduced us on our winery tour. They had the most amazing ruby red. It was only $10 a flagon. We ended up buying 4 flagons.
there was only one mature lady serving however she was more than happy to let us sample all the products that she had.
great pale for a bargain, would be coming here again soon.

This was one of the last places we visited last weekend.
Once we got here we immediately regretted that we had already eaten elsewhere because the dining area looked amazing.
We wanted to taste some wine, but there was another group ahead of us so we waited to be served. They were buying the wine in bulk so we were expecting fireworks when it came out turn.
The lady behind the counter was kind enough to show us some wines, but we weren't too impressed. Only the rose was liked.
It's not all for our pallet, but some people here consider this to be one of the best.

I love this place.. I came here last year with my friends as a farewell for my leave from Sydney and we had a blast.
This place has one of the biggest selections of meat I found compared to any other Brazilian BBQ. The sides are also unique, I especially enjoy the bok choy one. Love their beef ribs, it was cooked to perfection.
I commented that night on how they didn't' circle the chicken heart that much. The next time they brought out the chicken heart they came to our table first and I just took the whole skewer.
These guys are very friendly and eager to please.
There also a large variety of different alcohol you can order but I stuck to me red sangria.
It is a a bit expensive but once in a while its worth it :)

I stopped over here for a late lunch this weekend. Obviously we had the tensions of wine tasting first and then lunch :P.
They had so many wines out for tasting that we had a lot of fun at this winery. The wine was better than average but not the best that I have tasted today. We then later brought a bottle of wine along with some spiced chips and when to the verandah and enjoy the rest of the evening.
Very relaxing, friendly staff, great surroundings.

This was the second place we stopped by this weekend for a tasting.
The wine was okay, nothing too spectacular. They did have really good olives and verjuice so those were the only things we purchased. The staff there were friendly however because it was quiet busy they had to also attend to other customers. There was also a cheese platter our for tasting which didn't go well with the wine at all.
The outside dining area was amazing, looks like something from a from a wedding picture. Wouldn't be surprised if a lot of weddings were held here.

Came here this weekend and there was only one wine that my partner and I liked enough to buy. The others weren't really our taste.
It was the first place we stopped for wine tasting, We were greeted by the owner and he was more than happy to share his experiences and knowledge about the wine business. A very friendly wise man we soon came to know.
The place was picturesque, if I had known earlier I would have packed myself a nice picnic basket and enjoy the rest of the day there relaxing. Pity.

This is more for tourists to enjoy the scenery and enjoy some wine with some expensive finger food on the side.
For my partner and I this was a way too commercialized. The wine was only average which was the main reason we were there.
The staff was very friendly however because we came on the weekend it was too busy for any personalized service.
Not a bad place to visit if I had friend and relatives over from overseas. However if its just my partner and I it not the ones we would choose to visit again.

This is one of my favorite wineries. Love their Alicante. I always buy at least a dozen when I am there. Definitely one of the best tasting wine around.
Its in a pretty secluded area, Wine is cheap at $20 a bottle who can't afford to get drunk???
Try the Alicante, you won't regret it!!

Recently I have been experiencing some back tensions, so I went to visit a chiropractor to hopefully sort out the issue.

When I arrived, I was greeted warmly. He was a very nice and gentle mid-aged man, who really seems to care about his patients. After I filled in the lengthy form we spoke about what could be causing these aches.

Soon after I found myself lying face down on one of his many custom made tables for him to begin his treatment.

His type of treatment was something I have never experienced before and I was actually quite surprised. He advised me that he was going to teach my nerves how not to tense up and relax. He did this by (what I believe is) pinching parts of my back. Afterwards, he advised that I would start to feel a change over the next few days.

I didn't.

I went back for the second half of the treatment, however I didn't feel any changes after that either. Note that first timers are required to pay for the first 2 sessions on their first visit.

He has good intentions and I can see that he has a lot of patients, however I repeat that this isn't for everyone as I didn't feel any better.
