First impressions of this place was very positive. We were quickly and politely seated and brought water. The waitress that was serving us was extremely friendly and attentive but not overly so.
we order a couple of beers which took ages to come out. We then ordered entree and mains. The entree came promptly and we were surprised at the tiny amount of food given considering it was $20. We basically had 3 biscuit the size of canapés on the dish. Each biscuit size was half a Sakata biscuit which was quiet disappointing and definately not enough.
Our mains took a while but when it finally arrived it look appetising. First bite told it all. Was generously over salty. After 2 bites my mouth cringed and we couldn't eat anymore. Even the salad and potatoes that accompany my steak was salted heavily.
We were consuming water by the truck full and definately didn't finish our meals. The waitress was nice enough to offer us replacements but by this stage we were quite heaitant because we didn't want to wait any longer and because of the saltiness.
Definitely won't be returning.

Purchase a voucher on Groupon and came here with my partner and some friends. We were seat as soon as we arrived and asked what we wanted to drink.
We then proceed to order from the menu. I got the eggs benedict and my partner the frittas. My eggs were poached perfectly and I really enjoyed my meal. My partner didn't like his one as much and he wished he had other what a friend of ours have gotten, the club sandwich. We also have a glass of bubbly to wash everything done towards the end of the meal.
Staff there were welcoming and friendly, atmosphere was pleasant especially for a brunch. Parking was reasonably easy to find.
The voucher is still available on Groupon. Its a great deal!
Enjoy guys.

This is our favourite stall at Tasting Australia. Their menu consisted of five gourmet hot dogs. We ended up getting "the puppy" and "the signature". This was the cheapest and most expensive hot dogs on the menu.
'the signature had a lot more ingredients than my basic one. It has relish, pickles and mustard. It really made a different to the taste. its such a pity this food truck is only at events. Who knows when I will bump into them next.

This stall is at Tasting Australia and we also saw it at the Fringe earlier on this year however did not get a chance to try it then.
However we did this time and we weren't disappointed.
Their Baklava looked tempting but we ended up trying the Loukoumada balls which are basically deep fried doughnut covered in honey. It tasted okay however it was the friendly service that really blew us away.

This stall is at both The Tasting Australia event and at the Adelaide Showgrounds Farmers Market on Sundays.
They offer a lot of cured fish product, my favourite is definitely smoke cod. On this day we had their smoked mussels which were very nice. It was a bite rich so we didn't' go back for seconds however we did make comments to others waiting in line about how good it was.
Staff was friendly as usual as everyone was in a festive mood.

This was one of the stall in Tasting Australia offering a Kangaroo Island produce tasting experience.
Their haloumi and beetroot tasting dish was too die for. Had to go back for seconds. After our first order I can see a gathering of people heading towards this stall so it was good we got in when we did.
The man serving us was friendly and offered us cheese to taste before we settled for the tasting plate.
Great experience.

This was one of the first stall we visited at Tasting Australia today. We automatically got lure by the smell of the BBQ so we purchase a serving of the Kangaroo.
We had 5 small slices of roo for the price of $8. The meat was tasty and tender and the pepper berry sauce they used complimented the meat well. However the price was a bit expensive for the portion size they served.
Service was immediate and they smiled which made all the difference.

Good food, good quality, good staff and good location.
This is somewhere I can see myself coming every now and then with friends. I could truly see my friends enjoying this one and I can see myself recommending it to them.
The food was healthy and the serve sizes was generous. Love their salads however next time I am down for sandwich.
Maybe I'll see you there next time :)

At Tasting Australia this was another pizza joint that offered wood fired style pizza. Quite interesting as it adds a bit of a smoky flavour to your pizza depending on the type of wood they used. Generally add it to the dough rather than the toppings.
We got the margarita because we were in the mood for a classic. The ingredients were fresh and complimented the smoky flavour. Definite got us thinking that we want that kind of oven at home.
We wouldn't mind finding them at Willunga next time we're in the area.

At the Tasting Australia Event held in Victoria Square today we came across these guys. Their range of equipment was impressive and their pizza were quite tasty but their dough was quite thick and they could have added a little more topping. However overall it was your average carni food.
Nothing to brag about.
