I had a leaking hot water tank and called Metropolitan Plumbing, as it was one of the first businesses to pop up as an emergency plumbing company. They came out fairly quickly which was THE one and only positive factor in the whole experience. The plumber informed me that the hot water system needed replacing and they could do it the same day. Eager to get it done, I agreed. I was severely overcharged, the job took 6 hours to complete and the brand new hot water tank they installed was faulty and needed replacing. One of the plumbers asked for a review and proceeded to write it himself under the premise of finding the link on my phone. At one point he asked if I wanted to pay upfront before the job was completed. I refused. These guys are unethical and overpriced. Please beware before calling them!!

I saw Paul's great reviews on the internet and decided to book a service for my car. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and honest. He conducted a comprehensive service on my car, explaining the process in detail as he worked on it. It was a bonus that Paul was able to service my car in my driveway, saving me time and money. I will be calling him again when the next service is due, and would not hesitate to recommend him. Very happy!

Re-roofing and guttering work. They were slow to begin the job and once they eventually completed it there was unfinished work. I had to keep chasing them up via phone calls to come and complete the job and fix up what they hadn't done properly. They kept saying they would come out and never did. They also included "clean up" of materials on the quote and they left some of their rubbish here. Very unreliable and poor communication. Not happy and won't be using them again.
