The staff are always incredibly unfriendly and stand-offish for some reason, but I keep going there because old-ish and parallel import products from Revlon and Chi Chi are there at incredible prices, sometimes 20-25% lower than major retailers. They also have some accessories as well as other brands of makeup, but it depends on their shipments.
The food can sometimes be a bit greasy, especially the prepared pasta meals and I'm not a huge fan of their salads but they make really tasty charcoal chickens and some good burgers. The staff are really friendly and flexible with orders.
I use to love this store when it was Buffalo Bill's, but it was taken over by new owners and renamed Delicious. It use to be a little less "gourmet" than it now but it's better than ever. The old kitschy charm of Buffalo Bill's is gone, but Delicious has some incredibly well-priced meals and the quality of produce is much better than I can expect for a charcoal chicken store. The staff are very friendly and are sometimes willing to make off-the-menu specific items if asked. Really great shop.
I'm not really happy with the quality or dishes at Big Boy Thai. Each time I've had lunch there, they've been super busy, so maybe this is why. The food always tastes a bit off, like it's just been reheated. The stir-fries are always very watery, more so than any other I've had. The dishes are well-priced.
This is a really good Kmart. It has a great layout, is very big, and the staff are quite friendly and helpful with everything from letting you know where things are, helping you select products, and helping with exchanges. Great prices on clothing, electronics and outdoors products and a good range of toys.
Zia Pina's is an institution! Love it! Perfect to celebrate birthdays and other occasions, the staff goes out of their way to make sure you're happy. Offers a range of pizzas, pastas and chicken/veal/beef dishes. Very well priced, great atmosphere, just a generally wonderful establishment.
This particular branch of Best and Less has some very good deals on clothing. I love the quality of baby and women's clothing and they have some great quality manchester that is reasonably priced. Their underwear range is also well-priced with something to suit everyone. Staff are okay, sometimes they are helpful and sometimes they aren't.
This is my favourite Wooloworths store to visit. The layout makes complete sense, the deli and bakery sections are quite good. The fresh meat section sometimes seems slightly lacking, but the store itself is brightly lit, well organised. Staff are usually happy to help with any questions. What sets it apart from me from other Woolies is the size of it and organisation - I can easily find what I'm looking for.
This is a bit of a gem of a discount shop nestled in Mascot Shops. Always have really good prices on items, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I've been able to find items that weren't available in other $2 shops. Good range from homewares, crafts, and toys.
This doctor is wonderful! He's always there to listen to me explain my problem and is happy to help with referring to specialists and gives good advice about different prescriptions. His main secretary is pleasant to deal with. Opens very early, which is a bonus.
