SCAM ALERT
They took my money, then after the flights changed so as to become unworkable, they said a refund would take 12 weeks. After 12 weeks they stuffed me around with various excuses and said it would be another 12 weeks. It is a total scam. Stay right away

This business used to be great, but after a recent change of management, they are now hopeless. I was a loyal customer for over 12 years. Recently, my cleaner simply did not show up. I was given no notice that this would occur. When I contacted them to ask why, they said (falsely) that they had called and left me a message, despite being told numerous times that I was not contactable by phone and despite all prior communications being via text and email. Then they couldn't even find me a replacement. Avoid at all costs!
I purchased a bag online. The description on their website clearly stated that it came with backpack straps, which is why I chose the item. After it arrived, I couldn't figure out where the backpack straps were hidden, so I emailed them to ask. They responded to say that it had no backpack straps. When I went to check the website description, the mention of backpack straps had disappeared. Their email made no reference to the shifty change to the website that had occurred after I sent my email, and seemed to imply that I was the one who had made a mistake. Luckily, I had a print out. They then told me they didn't have time to proofread all descriptions because they have so many products and that customers should contact them with enquiries about features of the items before purchasing. I eventually got a partial refund after extensive efforts. I strongly advise against trusting this business as their conduct was misleading and deceptive and they seem to expect consumers to bear the burden of figuring out what features their products do and don't have rather than being able to rely on the marketing information provided.

I found management in this business to be extremely rude and lacking in customer service skills. Following a misunderstanding as to booking time, I was treated aggressively and with sarcasm. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Hi annap383, Numerous fruitless calls and online chats, yesterday i started bombarding their instagram page, and tagging some of their employees, that I found via linked in and tagging the ACCC and Scamalert, sending them screenshots of all the other customer complaints. They have just in the last 5 mins emailed me to say they have processed my refund. I am certain their tactic is to withhold as much customer refunded money for as long as they can. Unfortunately getting ugly with them seems to be the only way to get them to act.
I wouldnt be believing it until you actually receive the funds (Ive been told my refund was approved only to be told later that its both rejected and still pending) but I hope they have in fact processed it. Ill try your method if the bank process doesnt succeed, thank you for sharing
