Not good. Two guys were sent out to move our things from a one bedroom unit to a house 25 minutes away. One guy was polite, the other rude and abrasive. They both took very little care while moving. At the block of units, they broke a light shade in the hallway and spent 30 minutes gluing it back together. Then at our new house they made a large, deep scratch in our polished floorboards. However, they mostly covered this up with our heavy TV stand and, in the hustle of the move, we did not notice this until after they were gone. So they were not honest about damage they had done and covered it up! The only good things I can say were that they arrived on time and they did not ask us to help them lift heavy things. They get a point for each of those things.
I had my ducted evap cooler serviced and cleaned. Angel was professional, quick and helpful. He explained everything in plain English and did it in a timely manner. Even after I noticed that the cooler was leaking water, Angel came back and explained what was happening (which was all totally normal) without charge. I would not hesitate using Angel again and would highly recommend him. Thanks Angel!
I had my trees trimmed at the rear and my front tree trimmed away from the power lines. Dean and his team where quick, efficient and helpful. Even when we noticed that the tree limbs at the front growing foliage and were now hitting the power lines, they came back to fix it without charge. Dean even gave us a recommendation on a fantastic gardener. I would highly recommend Tree FX! Thanks Dean!
In response to the business owner- we did not report the broken light shade as your removalists glued it together on the day. Unfortunately for us, we did not notice your men had badly scratched our wooden floor until a couple of months later when something rolled under our TV cabinet that we had to retrieve. But they definitely did it as we had done a house inspection just prior to moving in and there was no scratch. We also had not moved the TV cabinet since your removalists put it there as it is too heavy. We definitely used your company and have kicked ourselves since. We did not report this incident directly to you as we felt the window of opportunity had closed. But we report it here now so others can hopefully learn from our poor service.
