Fantastic service and professional staff but I often get quite annoyed that I have to wait up to 30mins before they start on my hair despite booking an appointment. Also very pricey (I have mid length/long hair and for a cut/blow dry it is about $95!!) but you can be guaranteed that you will be happy with the cut and they do pamper you with the warm massage chair and drinks/nibbles etc.
