On their website they advertise a number of products as free, although you have to pay very high postage charges. I placed orders for a couple of those products and paid using PayPal. After getting no confirmation of the sale from the seller I checked my PayPal account and found the transactions had been cancelled by the seller. I tried to contact the seller, using their online contact page, but received no response.

I order an item 6 business days ago under the promise that it would be delivered within 2 to 3 business days. I have contacted the seller each of the last 3 days to cancel the order due to failure to deliver. All I get from them is a statement that it was dispatched and they will contact the delivery company but it won't be investigated for 15 days. They will not directly address my communications, nor will they cancel the sale and refund my money. As things stand, I have no goods, no expectation of it ever being delivered and a company that has no meaningful customer service. I have opened a case with PayPal to attempt to resolve the matter.

I should have updated this earlier but forgot to do so. PayPal did eventually refund my money because they also tried to contact the seller but got no reply. My guess is that the business has folded. Despite all that, about 5 months later the item I had purchased did arrive. However, as it was damaged (one of the seams had insufficient overlap and simply let go) the item went straight to the rubbish bin.

Medshop advertised an item for sale while not having it in stock and followed that with some of the most appalling customer service I've experienced with for a very long time.

I placed an order for a snake bite kit and after three and a half weeks of being repeatedly told that the order would be dispatched "in the next few days" I cancelled the order. It then took more than a week before they confirmed that the order was in fact cancelled. It's anyone's guess how long it will be before my money is actually refunded.

Update: It's been about 3 and half years since I wrote the original review. Medshop has suddenly decided to start spamming me, despite me having demanded previously that my details be removed from their system.
