Scam!!!!
Don't buy from them completely a scam order never arrived and tracking number was fraudulent complete fakes stop responding to emails if you have brought from them don't expect what you paid for or for it to even arrive report them to the online watchdog asap
I order an item 6 business days ago under the promise that it would be delivered within 2 to 3 business days. I have contacted the seller each of the last 3 days to cancel the order due to failure to deliver. All I get from them is a statement that it was dispatched and they will contact the delivery company but it won't be investigated for 15 days. They will not directly address my communications, nor will they cancel the sale and refund my money. As things stand, I have no goods, no expectation of it ever being delivered and a company that has no meaningful customer service. I have opened a case with PayPal to attempt to resolve the matter.
I should have updated this earlier but forgot to do so. PayPal did eventually refund my money because they also tried to contact the seller but got no reply. My guess is that the business has folded. Despite all that, about 5 months later the item I had purchased did arrive. However, as it was damaged (one of the seams had insufficient overlap and simply let go) the item went straight to the rubbish bin.

Run for your life don't walk run. 30 emails plus numerous phone calls so much stress and they didn't care less. They didn't want to refund my 1000 chair unopened and delivered and dumped on footpath at wrong address. No apology or compensation for being traumatized mentally by this incompetent company.

Never buy from them. They sent me a faulty product, 3 weeks and many phone calls later they still won't exchange it, they've been terrible to deal with and it's illegal in Australia to refuse warranty. After much arguing and threatening them with an ACCC complaint they said they'll refund me - still waiting on the money.
I bought a steam cleaner from them.
It was broken and I made a video and sent it to them.
They wasted my time for 1 months and they kept sending me emails telling me that they’re following up with the provider of that steam cleaner.
And at the end, they just ignored me altogether.
If you can’t support your product, you’re being a j*erk by selling things you don’t own and you don’t warranty.

Received a faulty item. Contacted Customer Service but not very helpful. Instead of offering resulotion, he wanted me to film the item I received to convinced them that it is indeed has a problem.
So disappointed! I would not recommend doing business with this people!

If i could give - 10 i would..!!! Purchased a massage chair from Ebay from this mob for my birthday paid on 9/7/2020 they supposedly shipped on 10/7/2020 to Perth paid $220 for shipping, 24/7/2020 nothing...nada..zip...sent company multiple messages got no response...called the supposed courier company TOLL IPEC spent 30 minutes on the phone they told me NOTHING had been picked up from them...CRAZY SALES says they bulk shipped and therefore couldn't scan individually....I work in logistics..EVERY ITEM must be scanned regardless singular or manifested..company is a fraud wish i had done my research into these people.!!! $1250 waiting to be refunded, CRAZYSALES gives you same spiel over and over COVID please have patience etc etc we are very sorry etc etc..PEOPLE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND SAVE WASTING TIME AND MONEY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY..!!!

Mark of SuperSavingsOnline (also known as Crazy Sales) has an eBay store physically based in Glenroy, Victoria and I bought three leather office chairs from him on 28 November 2019. One of the chairs went missing in transit for several weeks and, when it arrived, I discovered two of the chairs were damaged in multiple places. I wanted Mark to offer a partial refund and recover his losses through making a claim with Toll Inpec but he low balled me with his offer. He repeatedly failed to make a claim and tried to push me into returning the items or accepting replacement items instead. I escalated the matter with eBay but Mark refused to give a partial refund. I also escalated the matter with Paypal but he again refused to give a partial refund. In the end Paypal said I have to return the items at my cost (hundreds for freight alone) and I would not be reimbursed anything for return shipping. I am very disappointed about losing hundreds because Toll damaged my goods and Mark wouldn't make a claim. I left him with negative feedback and will never shop with him, SuperSavingsOnline or Crazy Sales again.

Very poor quality products and after sales service is non existant. Misleading and deceptive practices when processing exchange or refund requests for faulty products. Have attempted to delay exchange/refund by stating warranty claims must be made to their supplier, this is false and breaches fair trading legislation.

I have ordered a few times from this company and got the items I ordered in a timely fashion.
Recently I had a faulty item, I lodged a fault with them, they gave me a replied paid address to send it back to, I did, and a new one was sent out to me within about a week... So all in all a well-handled problem, which is generally the test of an online store, many are good at selling you stuff but few are good at fixing problems.
Sincere company. The e-mails were replied very soon. Also the quality of products is satisfying. Will come here next time.
