Wednesday was the last day of their advertised special on Johnnie Walker Red Label 700ml. I get to the store and there were no bottles on the shelf and I ask one of the guys there, any stock out the back. He said no, I then said can we get rainchecks on that he said "No, youve had all week to get it!" Shocked by the level of service I left. What a joke! Even more disappointed that I'd written to the company to let them know of the poor service I received and still to this point no response! It was a very sad day for customer service.

This place was out second option after we found the Beach Cafe had a waiting period to get a chair. Quite simply this place just seemed unorganized, with no more than 12 Tables and 3 waiting staff it seemed quite an arduous task for them to provide any real level of service. After sitting down for about 15 mins I had to ask whether we had to place an order at the counter, to which I got the reply of that 'no' they take the orders. So we ordered and it took forever for a latte and an orange juice to come out. The only positive was that the coffee was great. The food again took way to long to come out and by the time I got mine it was barely warm. Totally dissapointed! Great name, poor cafe sorry!

If you dont mind a lack of personal space (the tables are so close to each other)then this place is pretty good. Great value meals and the service, while not the friendliest is very prompt. The food tasted fantastic and we were in and out within 40 minutes, so perfect for a hearty meal if your short on time! Highly recommend.

We take both our Cat and Dog to this clinic. The Vet we have dealt with was very good, she informs us every time of everything we need to know. The other staff are also very friendly informative and helpful in their advice. They even stayed open a little later yesterday when we had a little em emergency with our cat which is much appreciated.

I have visited this Bunnings several times since I have moved to the area. Look everyone knows the whole idea behind Bunnings they nearly have every product you could possibly think of. I have experience mixed levels of service from excellent to below par, but as they say your only good as your weakest link. The do have some items at ridiculous prices but a majority of the range seems market competitive, nothing to make me go wow!! They live by their mantra of the lowest prices are only the beginning, I believe a slogan borrowed from one of the big shed hardware retailers in the USA. Beginning of what though? One thing I found laughable was the bulletin board at the front displaying competitors catalogues and how the Bunnings prices beat them. I hardly think displaying that your prices are better than your competitors by the likes of 1 to 10 cent on a majority of the highlights is a statement of any kind, I think it really just shows that most places are competitively priced. I love the sausage sizzle stands!!

This review is for Aldi, Carrum Downs VIC

Aldi is the best thing since slice bread when it comes to value in a supermarket. We used to be Coles shoppers until we gave Aldi in St Kilda East a go back when we lived in the area. Now in Seaford, luckily we have one just up the road, the best thing about these stores is truly the price. If you really dont care about brands and want quality product at a great price then this is the place for you. My favourite example of value is the 1.25ltr Soft Drinks 69cents thats just flat out ridiculous. Another thing to comment on is the fact that all these stores seem to have the exact same layout so familiarity of shop from one transcends to the other. The only negatives are the fact you have some killer lines and the register folk seem to be in a race to scan the items quicker than you can put them away. I guess it comes as part of the package, but when you are saving that amount of cash its worth the hassle of the service i think. I have now downgraded their service as they have a rude woman who works the tills.

A colleague at work informed me about this place so we thought we would check it out before doing our full shop. They have some general grocery items to compliment there awesome range of fresh produce which are priced fantastically compared to the chains. The meat and poultry area was fantastic to, great prices, we picked up 2kg of chicken breast fillets for around $14. The only thing i thought they lacked on was a range of fresh fish. Service at the counter was friend and the lady behind the meat case was great was very informative about cooking their pre-made items that we made. Highly recommend if you live around the area.

This review is for Belvedere Charcoal Chicken, Seaford VIC

We are in the mode of checking out the local takeaway places and my partner was keen on Charcoal Chicken. We went there at about 7.30 on a Thursday night and wanted the hot pack, which was 1/2 a chicken and potato, pumpkin and peas. We go to order and are replied with, sorry we dont have any potatoes and only have half a serving of pumpkin left. Not good enough sorry, what type of Charcoal Chicken doesnt have its staple items at 7.30?? We just walked out and went next door to the Flying Fish who are always reliable. Have no idea how good their product is because well they didnt give us the opportunity to get there.

Have only had a few items from here, the Hercules Burger which was wicked and surprisingly for this style of Fish and Chip shop they make some pretty good Souvas, we were pleasantly surprised. Phone ordered to be picked and is always ready for the time they quote. Staff seem friendly enough but are just a bunch of kids just doing a job really, no different to any service you would expect in a MacDonalds outlet, which again isnt much to expect at all.

Have read the other reviews i thought I'd share a different experience. My partner and I received quite the opposite experience, all was clearly laid out about costs and extra charges that we could incur. They sent out boxes via courier directly to my work which was also convenient. The move did take longer than expected, but hey these things happen and seeing as the the half-hourly rate was a lot cheaper than most it still ended up being quite cost effective. The actual movers themselves were great, friendly and quite attentive to our requirements. We didnt have a full house move so I would definitely recommend for smaller moves.
