The atmosphere at Cha Chas isn't the best as it's a little crowded, but the price of the food makes up for it. The food is good (not amazing) but the price is fantastic. My friend and I shared an entree and had two mains for less than $30. So, if you're looking for a meal that's great value for money then this is the place. It's not a romantic setting but a great place to catch up with friends over a few wines (BYO and corkage is relatively cheap)
