i was looking to upgrade my phone and the assistant was really helpful and knowledgeable about the new phones on the market. i was served straight away although the assistant appeared to be busy when i walked in which was great
It was good to finish my shopping and go straight to an empty checkout and finish my shopping quickly. The isles are more than wide enough and for a change the trolleys seemed reasonably new and in good state of repair, i didnt need to 'test drive' half a dozen before finding a good one
Really well set up with separate halves for cats and dogs. Great service and always more than happy to take 'emergency' cases as they happen....appointments available 7 days a week...very convenient!
After having to have a life long friend put to sleep they showed amazing compassion and care for my boy-even sending a lovely worded card the following week. Showed me they do care very much for the animals they treat and don't just see them as an income. They are extremely knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble..predominately a large animal hospital but more than happy to see little ones as well
Really fast friendly service particularly kid friendly. Great menu and options for kids and serving sizes are more than enough for a reasonable price.

After a disappointing experience at a different store I was overjoyed at the service and after service that this store offered. They discounted the price for me and also arranged engraving at a local engravers for a discounted price also. Extremely friendly and genuine service
I was ignored by 4 staff members when walking into the store. they looked up and continued with conversation. on entry of another shopper who was obviously known to at least one of the staff she was acknowledged and staff rushed to help her...passing me in the processs!! I was very disappointed and left only to return and pass my experience to the manager who was very apologetic about my experience
Staff are very knowledgeable without making you feel stupid. very friendly and always offer price alternatives but do explain the quality difference between products. they always ask the appliation ie is it for grandmas car that never goes over 50k's or is it for something your going to put down the drag strip...and recomend based on what is best and safest for you. they are only too happy to call other stores if they dont have what you need and if they dont have it they can usually get what you need within a day
A really good value for money fruit and vege shop. Their fruit and veg is always really well priced and always friendly service . usually with a joke or light hearted banter with customers and staff. a great experience
