A massive store that has everything that anyone could ever want for their pets...even has pets! Staff are always friendly and helpful..they even carry your stuff to the car for you!! Nothing is ever too much trouble and they always greet you with a genuine warm hello..not just the standard can i help you

The staff are very capeable and my kids well cared for...they are getting older now so the staff are constantly challenged to find interesting activities for my kids in a centre that is more geared towards toddlers and pre schoollers however they rise to the challenge and as a result my kids are always kept busy and active

Always really fresh quality fruit and vege and with the additions of a "deli style" section of groceries and gormet butcher and patisserie it has turned into a one stop shop...its alway busy but i guess thats just a reflection of the great quality of foods they sell..open at convenient times too

One of the few supermarkets that always seem to have enough checkouts open..you never have to wait in the checkout queue for long...they give pensioner discounts on tuestdays and still have great specials as well

A really great old fashioned cafe...with old fashioned prices. The staff are lovely and it is a family run business...for over 100 years!!! the food is always lovely and fresh and the salad rolls come with extras like beetroot and pickles as a standard. The owner is a regular behind the counter or waiting tables... really nice to see

Very friendly staff and really helpful. They offered a range of products and found the best one that suited my needs. it was really nice to feel like a person not just a number in a big business
