Every time our family decides to eat Pho (famous viet dish), we always come here. It's a great place and it's always packed with people. You'll usually have to wait at least 15-20 minutes to go eat. Their pho is one of the best i've had and despite that sometimes they don't give the best services since there are so many people, their food definitely makes up for it.
Approximate cost: $Under 10
I use to go here a lot when i was younger but now that I'm older, not so much. Overall, food and cost are quite average. I find the design of the restaurant to be a bit distasteful are are more suited with the older generation.
Approximate cost: $Varies from Lunch or Dinner meals
I seldom go here but my father goes here a lot, usually with his mates. When I do go though I usually have their fried egg noodles. I find the dish is alright but it's quite similar to most other restaurants. It's not but no wow factor here.
Approximate cost: $Around 10-15
The food is great, it's quickly prepared, it's nice, it's cheap and it's popular. I enjoy most of the foods at this restaurant and I usually like eating the chicken with red rice. They fry the chicken to a perfection. Just don't drink their bubble tea.
I used to love this place but I like it less and less because the lollies section has been decreased. Never-the-less, I still go here occasionally and buy quite cheap lollies. I love the sour lollies the most, gummy bears and snakes.
Their food is alright but I especially like their crispy fried noodles. When I go there, I would always order that. I feel that they make it just right and they also put a variety of different meats and vegetables. I also think that they serve you quite a lot so sometimes, you can just share a meal between two people
Usually have half cooked meat on pho here. It's average in flavor but I find it a bit too salty. It's great that they come in all sizes and that they allow you (my friend) to choose what she wanted and didn't want in her bowl since she's quite a picky eater. I thought that they had pretty good services and manners.
Although more expensive than usual bubble tea stores, they make really good milk tea. Unlike many other places, it has a very strong tea taste with a perfectly combined ratio of milk and sugar. One more thing is that it's grass jelly is very nice and it's not too soft as many other stores.
We usually come here for our family gatherings because it is able to accommodate a large amount of people. I food here isn't particularly outstanding but the service of the staff make up for it. They are extremely friendly and sometimes would come to you and start a little conversation before serving food to other people. For Yum Cha's on the Sunday mornings, definitely need to book.
The chicken in this restaurant is the selling point. For it's Singaporean style Hai Nan Chicken, it uses free range chickens that are only available to order on specific days (I believe it's only Saturdays). Therefore, their chicken are extra tender and nice. A place to definitely come to any chicken lovers.
