Its great vietnamese food, plenty of food. decor and dining area needs a good clean and scrub down from top to bottom though :-)
There are so many different things you can get if you cant decide. The food isnt too expensive. The place could be cleaner however but it is worth the food.
Great Vietnamese restaurant in Springvale with a large variety of foods. but majority of the time when i order a noodle soup, the bowls feel very dirty, not sure if they wash their bowls. very busy on the weekends.
Love the food, cheap and very friendly services. Little unhygienic, but overall a very nice restraurant to have a meal with your family.
In the heart of springvale, this restaurant shows its potential for drawing in customers even though its location is not the best. The food is pretty good, above average compared to the other restaurants in springvale. They also give us so much food for the cheap price. I always have to endure eating it all. It is so delicious though. However, i think they should clean the restaurant up a bit more because the tables are sticky and feel unclean.

Just went there last night and had to write this reveiw. The menu is extensive and everything looks amazing. Fast service with the staff really working hard around the place. I mean it smells heavenly as soon as you walk in. It's byo even though i didn't bring anything but they also had a good list of drinks on offer.. (all non-alcho). Had the veitnamese beef noodles and that was just .. well it hit the spot especially on such a cold night. My friend had the sizzling plate with calamari and it was huge. Great value for money. only $32 for the both of us, we had tea after all. Can't say enough about this place.. only thing it's a little hard to find so head to gloria jean's in springvale and walk around the corner. You can't miss it!

This restaurant is famous for its flamed grilled chicken vermicelli. It's cheap, delicious and comes in a big portion too. If you're a small eater, share this meal with a friend.
Also it is famous for its Pho' (either chicken/beef) and it's great too. I've tried the fried spring rolls and they come in reasonable portion too.
It's sandwiched near to the pharmacy due to the new build car park and building at the central area. It gets busy and packed during lunch time so go early to find a seating place.

If you are after delicious authentic Vietnamese cuisines this is the place to go. It is always packed but very quick in getting you a table. Food is quick but doesn't compromise the taste! Thank you Hoa Tran!

The food here is one of the best Chinese food I have eaten. My favorite is salt and pepper chicken with tomato rice. I have tried most of there rice dishes and they all taste great. They offer takeaway as well. The restaurant is always busy. I think they can improve on the service the staff and not that friendly.
Love the pho here. Soup has just the right taste and serves are fairly large. Lots if items to choose from, the fried noodles are also a good pick. Price is around $10 for a main.

This is a fantastic place for great Vietnamese food and for amazing prices. Yes its hustle bustle and you probably walk out smelling like food but the flavours are wonderful. Serving sizes are generous and you get that great authentic experience. I love going for the flame-grilled chicken vermecelli. It's a nice healthier option as its just rice noodles, mixed with salads and a nice piece of grilled chicken. Great for lunch and dinner.
I probably wouldnt recommend the duck, it's a bit meatless and I was hungry 30mins after. Everything else is pretty good. Service is fast and done in that "asian" way. It's a bit abrupt but not to offend, that's just the way they like to do it, fast and efficient so that you're in and out. Remember the place isn't that big, meals are fairly cheap so they make money on having high turnover. I'm cool with that for a good feed for $10 on average.
Oh don't forget to try the apple custard smoothie.

The food is good for Asian Cuisine. They serve the food quickly, good when you are hungry. They offer good value for money However, I do not enjoy walking up the stairs to the second level. I'm not sure why the floor tends to be quite slippery and sticky.

The menu here is limitless. Always a busy eatery with many people walking in and out. I usually find myself here after a day shopping at the Springvale Central for a quick, cheap and tasty meal. Great value for money. Service is rushed, and tables are left uncleaned at times. But hey, it's Springvale.

This place is always busy which means the food must be reasonably good. The menu list is long but one can always refer to photos on the large wall-mounted plasma screen to get an idea on what to order. Service is fast and efficient but not particularly friendly, it depends really on the person serving you. I personally like the salt & pepper spicy chicken spare ribs served with salad & tomato rice ($10.50) and Malaysian style chicken fried rice noodles ($12.50). Portions are large.
Excellent varieties of Chinese & Vietnamese cuisine. Friendly service. Only con is that it's a bit dirty upstairs.
Always congested but good food. Highly recommended to Vietnamese/Chinese food lovers. For Vietnamese, the Bun Mang Vit is very good, try it and you will love it for sure.

My favourite Vietnamese restaurant, they served varieties of vietnamese food and drinks. The food taste is very consistent so there will not be nasty suprises. I been there for the past 5 years and always tried different food everytime. They all taste good.
Please do try their smooties it is the best.

I love this place. The food is fantastic and such great value. It is probably one of my favorite Vietnamese eateries in Springvale. The service is efficient and the food comes out quickly. It is extremely authentic and professional. They have a really big menu so when you eat out with a group of friends, there is something for everyone.
Good Vietnamese/Chinese at a decent price. They have quite an extensive menu. I usually play it pretty safe and get the crispy noodles with beef and stir-fry veggies. Their broken rice & pho dishes are alright - but I've tasted better. I love their fruit smoothies, especially the Jackfruit one! A great place for a good, simple feed. Probably one of the better restaurants around the Springvale shopping centre

Hoa Tran is my favourite restaurant out of all the others we have encountered in our Springvale odyssey. The food is excellent, the atmosphere bustling. I always order the red rice with stir-fried beef, which sounds ordinary, but is in fact very tasty. I love the concept of red rice, a good rival to just plain steamed rice and Hoa Tran does the red rice very well. I also always order the iced coffee with black pearls, which is a lovely and exciting way to drink coffee. We are looking forward to heading back there again.
Hoa Tran is great when you're after something cheap but I always find that the dishes are too oily. I sometimes also find myself doubting if they wash the cultery and dishes properly so I usually only do take away. All that aside though, it is still a place I frequent becuase the food is still delicious
This place is the best for asian food. They've got a very large menu and you'll be keen to try them all. Great value for money - a satisfying dish is as little as $8. All my workfriends were very impressed at our lunch meeting.

I had the Lemon grass chilli chicken it was surely a master dish. Beautiful dish, enough heat and actually taste lemon grass. the service is quick very fast indeed. I saw the guy next to me drink a ice cream coffee so I follow and ordered one. and it was WOW ! the coffee was strong and sprinkled with crushed peanuts on top of the ice cream. it was very well blended together. Highly recommended that drink. Great restaurant.

This place has many dishes to choose from - I have tried quite a few and they all been fairly good. There is a good range of Chinese/Vietnamese cuisine and the staff are friendly. Nice atmosphere. The waitresses can be flirtatious which could be a plus for singles.
First Taste has about 250 dishes to choose from, and while I haven't tried them all, the ones I have are very tasty! There's a wide range of Vietnamese and Chinese to choose from. Inside, the interior is very sleek and there are giant TVs with pictures of what to order. The food arrives quickly and is a affordable price. There are also a wide range of soups to choose from.
Great food and service is quick. Can go wrong with their fried noodles or fried rice. Pictures make the food look very appetizing. The menu is huge. Don't forget to order the yummy drinks like 3 colour drink, coconut juice, ice coffee or their smoothies.
The Springvale people really enjoy this restaurant for its quick service and food. It is a place where the delivery of food is extremely quick, it is also inexpensive!
