I felt embarrassed after leaving this place.
Embarrassed that I was completely overcharged and when I tried to speak up about it I was spoken down to by the salon owner.
Embarrassed that I was charged $110 for a trim... A TRIM! And apparently that is justifiable as I have longer hair and was served an alcoholic beverage and a tiny bowl of pretzels.
After speaking to others, I discovered a friend was charged $60 to have her child's hair cut here.
I now remember why I avoided this like the plague after my first visit when they first opened in Brighton.
