BBN does fantastic Indian food. We haven't ever eaten in but the decor is lovely... cosy, carpeted floor (so rare and so wonderful for being able to hear your dinner conversation!) and not typically tacky traditional decor. However, the takeaway serves are very, very disappointing. They're so mingy! The food doesn't fill the container, and given the higher-than-usual price for takeaway, it's very poor value for money. Sometimes when we're deciding on takeaway and someone suggests BBN, we'll say 'But the serves are so small' and go somewhere else if we've got a bit of an appetite. Nothing worse than having to have only a couple of spoons of curry so everyone gets a taste.

This is really good Indian food. We got takeaway and it was tasty, not too hot and the naan bread was perfect - not too doughy or heavy like it can often be.

This place is very bohemian and quirky. I like the interesting decor and the homemade cakes. The outdoor area at the back is also nice to sit in. But I dont think it's very clean. The floors, furniture and magazines all look a bit grungy. Behind the counter doesn't look too sanitary either. I always feel a bit disturbed when I visit there.

I like this IGA for the range of independent foods available. I like that they support smaller manufacturers. I also like the small layout, and it's not too busy. I don't like a lot of larger supermarkets for their barn-like, clinical feel. IGA has more of a community feel.

I love this chicken butcher... the food is interesting, very fresh and always tasty. I love their meditteranean casserole and takeaway soup. So great to be able to grab them and cook at home.

I always enjoy getting my scripts or shopping at this Amcal store. The pharmacist is very friendly, as are the other staff. Always helpful and smiling. I like how they approach you, even the pharmacist does.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good range of high quality products. I especially like their range of breads and beauty products. I know they'll always have what I'm looking for.

Very friendly, helpful and genuine staff. Don't talk down to you (explain technical car stuff in accessible way) and seem to really enjoy their jobs and dealing with customers.

I'm in love with Borders. It's like my second home. I go there almost every day, and the cafe staff know me by name. Their range of books, magazines and music is beyond brilliant. I'm very surprised when they don't stock a book I want. I love their imported mags, and their awesome discount vouchers via email.

Oasis is absolutely awesome. The owners - Marie and Eddie - are absolutely lovely and friendly and treat me and my friends like family. We eat there almost every weekend. Love their pizzas, sweets and coffee, and also enjoy just wandering the aisles looking at all the exotic food and wishing I knew how to cook with them! A buzzing, happy place to be :)
