The intermediate posts of my pergola started rotten about 2 years ago so I hired a tradie to replace the timber posts. However the replaced posts were slanting and they lead all pergola timber Gable frame to be crooked gradually because of the tradie’s inappropriate work.
We were lucky to meet Matt from Formatt Building Services to fix this big problem. Matt and his team players used acro props to hold ridge firstly, and then straightened the intermediate posts, replaced two huge rafters/trusses, got rid of the short single collar ties by replacing three pairs of long double collar ties, and even added extra vertical strut. Of course we got the new pergola ceiling and ridge cap as well. All the process was professional and the work was great!!! And the price was very fair. Thanks guys and my pergola can last another 15 years.

I just found the ridge tiles were loose as I cleaned the gutter for my property. I called Kev to give me a quote urgently for re bedding and re pointing because the plasterer and painter will start the interior room renovation soon so I do not want have any roof leaking happening again.
Kev did a urgent inspection and sms me the photos with all tiles damage. He gave me a quote with fair price that he will apply a new pointing material is essentially a flexible adhesive (not a cement) to glue the ridge caps to the tiles to form a watertight and flexible seal that will withstand some movement of the roof structure during changes in temperature and humidity. I am very happy with his professional workmanship and expertise so I do recommend this company.

This is my second time to enjoy the service from this company, and I'm very happy with the result.

My old duct heating and all of pipe need to be replaced.

From my first conversation with Daniel, I felt confident that ACS had the experience and expertise I was looking for. Daniel gave me a very competitive quote for a Brivis 6 star gas heating system included installation that surpassed two others that I had contacted for the same job with same brand machine.

Not only they tried to focus the efficiency of the new system operation but also they tried to make their designing in return air grille and duct pipe connection to match the structure so that my property can be value added. I believe this is very important to all of property owners. They even make a chipboard box to covered return air duct hole so that we can keep away from dust.

I got phone call twice to confirm the installation time since I missed their first call and forgot to get back to them after I received the voice massage, sorry!

Thanks to the technician Alex Wiles and the other team players, my duct heating and all installation was quick and tidy. All the guys cleaned up after themselves and took all the rubbish away.
