Staff always helpful Food is always well priced everything is easy to find You know that most of the produce is local and your supporting local business.

I went there to purchase an Anniversary card for my husband, they had quite a large variety to choose from. When i got to the counter the service was excellent, the young girl seemed to be training, she stopped what she was doing and served me right away, the lady teaching her was nice to.

They take their time when the queues are long they dont apologise for the wait, they never have enough checkouts open. Just before christmas of 2008 my husband purchased some fishing gear and clothing and an ironing board the person who served him didnt give the fishing gear back to him after he had paid for it he put the clothing in a seperate bag which my husband wasn't aware of then he got home realising that the fishing gear was missing. So we rang them and they said they didn't have the gear and we must of misplaced the items but we weren't given the items. I think that the items must of been given out to another customer, and why would they bring them back it was a busy xmas time. the lady said that we would have to pay for it again if we wanted the items. We said forget it .

Every time i go to do my weekly shopping all check out staff are friendly and try to make conversation. If the staff see that the queues are getting to long they open another register to help with waiting times, I dont see this often at other outlets.

I went through the drive service facility. I wanted to order a meal for myself and 2 children so i opted for a small family meal, they then stated that that prodect was no longer available, even though it was on their display unit, they said it was taken off the menu the day before and i said well why didn't someone take the display of the menu board? they were then abrupt rude and had no care factor. The meal was okay but i wasn't impressed with the was they handled the situation.
