Review is for Carpet Court Pakenham

Firstly, we spent 10k on their so-called premium carpets and the quality is unsatisfactory . It’s not just hard a rock to a point it feels uncomfortable, in 8 months, there have been to many knots to count throughout the house where we had to cut.

The workmanship, equally as poor with a lot of the sides loose as it wasn’t put on and cut properly.

To make things even worse,

When we had our whole houses carpet changed, since we were adding an additional room to our property and it would take several months to be completed, we provided a plan which showed exactly how much square we needed to carpet this new room. They ensured us that they have put it aside for us.

When the time came, they didn’t put enough and to make things even worse, they didn’t have the same carpet available.

Now we have 2 different carpets in our upstairs ruining the entire look and cheapening our house.

Thanks a lot, of the utter waste of time you have caused us and for ripping us off. I hope anyone with the right sense of mind will read this review and pay more and go anywhere but this place.

Transfer after transfer with this lot, you have a problem and they just love transferring you around the Ferris wheel of robot sounding humanoids.. I think I went around the world with my last one, from South Africa, Malaysia, Philippines and then finally Australia where they guy literally said BRB and never came online. The Aussie bloke was the supposed senior engineer, very professional. Within a month, I cancelled my NBN because they couldn't get my internet working. One of the biggest waste of times
