The service wasn't bad but the lines at the checkouts were very long.There were no self service checkouts ( I'm from Goulburn NSW-our store is possibly smaller & yet we have self service check outs).These might make it easier on the staff and relieve waiting times for customers.

Even though it was close to closing time & very busy the staff helped me with my purchase coming out from behind the counter to take my purchases as I had a full shopping trolley. The assistant organisedeverything bagged up purchase & brought it back to me..I appreciated the service greatly.
