Staff at register can be rude. Only seem to use 1 register even when the people needing to be served are lined up around the store. Have to be careful choosing items as sometimes more expensive things in the cheaper area but no prices on items-but you will be charged full price=no refunds( even if you realised that an item was more expensive before you leave the store)
I was extremely disappointed with my visit to this store. finding a staff member for help was difficult. Even though there was a long line of customers waiting to go through the checkouts there were only 2 checkouts open(with at least 2 others not used). These checkouts seemed to be very slow. I walked out without buying what I'd gone in for. I figured that I could get what I wanted at the branch of this store back home & go without it while away.
The staff were extremely helpful & informative. The staff member made sure I was told about the store's website & helped find the products I wanted.
Great service.The staff are fairly helpful. Only one bad point. when at the checkout I was asked if I wanted a bag but not told it would cost 10cents for it. There are no signs up telling customers who are do not know about these costs.I'm from Goulburn NSW where the the nearest Target Store is at least 100kms away,I shop at Parramatta when I'm visiting my mother a couple of times a year.There would be other people in the same situation.
