They used to be really good. My family loved the Sichun cruise there. The dishes are normally hot and fresh.
Once I was severed a dish with really small amount of things, and complaint didn't help.

The shop runners are a really nice couple.
I found a lot of Asian kitchen gadgets which I failed to find in other stores. It provides very cheap rice from 25kg to 5kg bags.
Besides these, I often buy some Australian product there and a receipt was provided in order to claim GST back when taking them leaving Australia.

I won't buy any property from the sales team. When I was shopping around for a 4 bedroom property about 4 years ago, I inspected more than 5 properties they were selling. The impression was that they were asked unreasonably high. I was often told to act quickly as they had got some offers etc, but the properties were still on market 3 or 4 weeks later.
On property management side, it was good back 3 years ago. The service quality went down. I need to ask for property inspection report almost every time. I was told that the report was sent out but did not reach me. By the way, the inspection report is a bit simple too.
I recently bought a dishwasher from the Good Guys Belconnen. The salesman was knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the first dishwasher didn't work at all. I simply changed to another brand, with price matched within Canberra
