Rude and rushed. Mature age solo diners not welcome. The food was dry and tasteless served with a big helping of attitude

Most amazing laksa! Great staff who are always willing to go out of their way- but it's the food that will blow you away! Yummmm!

The best laksa in Canberra (and possibly Sydney as well, as I've had the best rated laksa in Sydney and it's not as good as here). Dine in for either half or full size, or you can take away full size only for $14. Both eat in and take away are very fast, and great prices. They also offer other noodle dishes, but you can't go past the laksa. My fave is the beef.

This place makes Thai, Lao and Malaysian Food. We ordered a few dishes to share including the BBQ pork and crispy noodles and Hokkien noodles. The ingredients used were fresh and they served the dishes up in no time. Definitely good value and I will go there again when visiting Canberra next time!

Very fast service - food were served very quickly. All noodles served nice and hot, and the noodles were cooked just right. Their Laksa is a standout. Would definitely return.

Great cheap meals that are served quickly and taste fantastic. Their laksa is AMAZING, I wouldn't bother going anywhere else. Great for a QUICK lunch or dinner as you don't wait more than 5 minutes for your food. They also do takeaway which is handy.

While some of my mates weren't the most impressed, I have to say that the Dickson Asian Noodle House is a great place for fast, quick meals that don't cost a mint. Good, prompt service and despite the name, some really good rice-based dishes also. Big restaurant that doesn't make you feel too jammed in.

We went here on a Saturday for dinner. No booking but they were able to seat us within just a few minutes of our arrival. Entree came out super quickly and was really hot. Main courses were excellent and they were well priced. Very happy to go back here for a meal.

Delicious food that's reasonably priced & quite cheap. Usually always a line of people, but the food tastes great, especially their different rice dishes.

Located in Dickson, Canberra's China Town. Lunch or dinner, this place is always full, so it pays to book in advance, especially as they don't have a lot of tables. Prices are reasonable and dishes are good quality. Has always been a cash only restaurant, so check if you intend to pay by credit card. Family favourite is the Duck Kway Teow. Laksa also seems very popular there.

We often stop by here for a meal when visiting some friends in Canberra. Excellent food and great value for money as you generally wont be paying more than $15 for a dish. I absolutely love their stir fry noodles, laksa and pad siew. Overall its a cheap feed and friendly service with mouth watering food

The noodles dishes at Asian Noodle House are one of the best in Canberra. The portions are huge and very reasonable priced. I love the Seafood Laksa and the Cha Kway Teow. The rice dishes are quite yummy too. The restaurant gets pretty busy at dinner or lunch time but the staff are very efficient and friendly.

Dining at the Asian Noodle House is an experience for the senses. The Laska is renowned and never fails to disappoint. Other options on the menu fall just short of this standard but who can complain when the food is this outstanding. Interactions with the staff are short but sweet but the value for the meals at Asian Noodle House in Dickson is outstanding.

I really don't think this is the best noodle place in town given that we weren't too impressed with the wok-fried flat rice noodle and the combination noodle soup. It's good but not great.

Busy little noodle house. Serving sizes are good, food is very tasty and prices are reasonable. This is where i go for a Thai Laksa in Canberra. Often see people turned away during peak dining times for a lack of tables so book in advance. The only critical comment i can make is that the last Matsamum Neua I ordered could have benefited from more tender beef pieces.

After all the reviews that this is the best noodle place in town, we had to give it a go, and were a bit underwhelmed by the non-spiciness of the laksa and the small portion of the charkuayteow (fried flat noodles)

Never ever disappointed when I come here. Food always tastes authentic and amazing. The service is minimal but quick. Great value and the laksa is probably the best in Canberra.

Pretty good value Asian food with some carvery foods and desserts. Has been consistent quality over the years, not the best but much better than what you get at food courts in malls.

Always packed, always busy, always good.
I have sampled some of the menu, but still find myself ordering a laksa almost every time I go in.
If you can find a table to squeeze into you will not be disappointed, but I find myself often opting for the take away, and slurping down my laksa at home

Approximate cost: $15
