from the call centre staff, to the counter staff at my local branch at Shellharbour, I 've never experienced such fantastic and united customer service. Nothing is a problem, their service is speedy and their value is fantastic. They even offered to finalise my car registration for me when I went and got a greenslip from them so I didn't need to do it myself - they go beyond they call of duty!

great service, great value, and great prices, especially when they have sales on - which is almost every second month! The staff are professional and friendly and always happy to help. They have great brands and when they have specials, everything is on special, expensive brands and cheap.

the staff are fantastic with the kids, caring, professional and fun. Never had a problem in the past two years that my daughter has been going there.

shop is large, lots of stock and variety, plenty of mens, ladies and kids clothes, surfboards, bags and accessories, great sunnies and jewellery, all great surf brands, sometimes great specials
