I have never had the need to deal with solicitors or lawyers before and I must admit I was a bit hesitant at first but after my first meeting with Trang at the Geelong office I felt at ease and was happy to put my claim in her hands.
Due to covid the process was lengthy.
I dealt directly with Trang mostly by email, which she answered swiftly her communication was excellent she always kept me updated if there were any changes in the progress of my claim.
Not having any experience with the law there were a lot of things l didn’t understand Trang would always take the time to explain everything in layman’s terms which made me relax and feel confident that we were on the right track.
I am happy to recommend Maurice Blackburn Trang van Heugten I felt she gave my case 110% and was wonderful to deal with.
My claim has been successful, above all my expectations which will definitely help me and my family in the future. Thank you
