I'm looking for a quote to re-stain the exterior and interior of my kitchen/living space which has some large glass windows with wooden frames. The wood is treated, but needs restaining (oiling? I need advice on what treatment is best). The wood will need to be prepared/cleaned, as there is a bit of mould (not rot) on the lower sill of exterior frame nearest the paving. I attach a picture which should give you an idea of the extent of work to be done.

Hi, we are wanting to refresh/renovate our 2 apartments in Fitzroy; (one is a bed sitter, the other 2 bedrooms). We are living in Queensland but will be in Melbourne after the 7th June. We are wanting the work done in the weeks starting the 9th or 16th June. Unfortunately you won't be able to inspect before the 9th June.
