I love this gym! No frills in appearance perhaps, but it's a great place to work out, especially if you're not a gym-junkie and just want an inexpensive but nice place to workout. I use the women's-only gym sometimes, as well as the classes. There's a laidback, non-competitive atmosphere which is nice, and the classes are excellent! GREAT value ...

I really love this gym. Have been going for about 6 weeks, and just starting to notice the benefits. I haven't taken any classes yet but will do in the next couple of weeks yet. Will also consider some personal training somewhere down the line.
