I've had really nice experiences with Flight Centre. We used to go to the Northcote plaza one, and had a lovely agent there to help us book our international travels. And this time, we used the one in Barkly Square and had another good experience. She was very patient, helpful and fun. We went on a Saturday late morning and she helped us, even with a fussy baby around.
My only issue - I wish she would've told us that we could request baby meals for our child on the international flight!

This Safeway is awful, truly awful. I only go here when absolutely necessary (i.e., no other option). It's always HEAPS more expensive than Coles and a lot shittier of a shopping experience. Always a massive queue, very few lanes open. Lots of the older women who work there at checkouts do nothing but chat with each other and ignore their primary responsibility - to ring up your groceries and get you out of there.
Don't shop here.

EXcellent remedial massage therapists - and an absolutely wonderful acupuncturist here! Prices are high, compared to other places where you might book massage. But they are skilled indeed.
The acupuncturist I visited was delightful - truly a healer who cared about my issues. I felt like I was in good hands, and received great acupunture treatments.

My biggest complaint with the massage work - When you're paying hefty fees for your consultation, you want/expect EVERY minute of your 45 minute at $$78. My appointments have often started a tad late and ended early. NOT OKAY.

Similar to the previous 2 people who've reviewed this, I too had a not-so-great experience with Chainsaw Massacre. I tried this place out because of the funky name & groovy decor. The staff are absolutely lovely people, and it's a great looking place which is obviously the owner's pride & joy.
However, I was disappointed with my haircuts there. The colouring I received was pretty good actually - however I do have to complain about how damn long it took. I was there over THREE HOURS for a simple hair colouring. The stylist was just to slow and relaxed, and was multi-tasking with other clients during my haircolouring (while I know this is normal for hairdressers to do, it was waaay too inefficient here).
I was annoyed and over it by the end, even though the colour itself was nice, if not a tad expensive.

As for the haircut - yikes. I only wanted a bit off and he cut it WAY WAY WAY too short. I was devastated. My hair does not grow quickly at all, and he ruined months and months of work.
And the cut was expensive.
Unfortunately have not gone back. Sorry, Chainsaw Massacre, I wanted to love you, but couldn't.
