The staff here are rude! There is nothing more important to them then making thier customers seem unwanted. I had always heard that the customer is right but these people especially the manager were just downright rude. Boycott these people not the brand.

Colin is such an awesome vet. He is approachable, polite and always willing to explain in detail. Got a sick pet...He's your man:) I have been to him with my rabbits, rats, cat and dogs and he always makes them better

Mark is an incredible guy, always friendly, helpful and smiling. For a little shop in such a quiet centre he is a valued member of the Wendy's franchise. Go Mark Go

The staff are friendly but could be a little more efficient. What is bad is the actual premises, WHO WOULD BUILD A STORE WITH SUCH A SLOPE IN IT??
