Always willing to help you search for what you need (stationary etc). Wide range of stock which changes regularly. Have some bargains out the front. Very friendly staff.
I was unable to afford to buy any of his stunning paintings but the artist himself is there to talk about them - and doesn't mind you just browsing. He was very friendly and informative - and obviously very talented as well as experienced in his jewellery work and painting.
Great staff but why only open most days from 9.30 til 4pm?? If only they could stay open a little later. Lots of people think the banks could open later but they do nothing about it. I thought they listened to their customers??
A good amount of staff at desks, ready to sit you down and sort out what you need. They seem to have a good rapport with each other which makes you feel that they are happy to be working there in a team.
Considering they are VERY busy, they always make the time to squeeze in an emergency appointment and treat me and my family well. The doctors have also called out an emergency ambulance on my behalf which I was most grateful for. Very professional.
Very friendly and approachable team. When house sale crashed, they did not charge - just verbal agreement that we would probably use them again in the future - which we did.
Great for cutting kids and baby's hair. The decor is fun which my children seem to like and keeps them quiet and amused! The staff are very kid friendly too. A reasonable price too. Have special booster seat for kids.

I had eyelid skin graft surgery (due to cancer) and this guy is the best. All the team at the hospital said he is the best which also put my mind at rest tho the proof is in the pudding...and the result was amazing. He is a perfectionist - which I am very grateful for. A surgeon you can trust.
All the staff have a genuine love of children and the overall ethos is caring and friendly. My children have experienced a few childcare facilities and this is the one they love the most.
