The worst experience I have EVER encountered.

Overcharged massively, sworn at for arriving a few minutes late, owner stood over me whilst I was waiting and was verbally aggressive, and physically threatening.

On the positive side there is one staff member who does fabulous blow drys. Unfortunately my appointment was not with this lass :((

Would NEVER recommend them to anyone. It is a wonder they are still in business. I am still pinching myself thinking it was all a bad dream.

Been with this provider for a couple of years now. Services used are satellite broadband and voip. Comprehensive information provided prior to sign up. No high pressure sales tactics used - very friendly and helpful at all times. Any queries promptly dealt with. Not kept waiting on phone, not referred to others when questions asked that the person does not readily know the answer. Able to make changes to services easily and promptly. Advice about suitable plans based upon what suits the customer, not what benefits the business. Fabulous customer service, other companies could learn a lot from this provider.

Purchased a couple of big ticket items. Service was great, sourced items from other stores to secure the sale with no problems.

Price matched one item and bettered the price offered by sales staff in a related store a few Km up the road!!

Delivery arranged and was competitively priced - unlike so many other companies who try to make a profit from delivery fees.

Would recommend to others and am a repeat customer.

Fabulous customer service, nothing is too much trouble. Give you plenty of ideas if you don't already have these.

An absolute pleasure to deal with.

Care workers were fantastic and very caring. Always had a smile and kind word, considered others and were far more professional than the Registered Nurses.

Registered Nurses were inconsiderate, did not show up on time or bother most times to give a courtesy call to say that they were running late. Made rude comments about clients living in 'the northern suburbs' to office staff within clients hearing. Incurred damage to property that was not rectified, nor was there any apology given. UTTERLY DISRESPECTFUL.

Would NOT recommend nursing services to others.
No problems with Care Workers - they were delightful.

Hire and sell a huge range of home health equipment. Range of equipment for hire is extensive. Also able to purchase things like medical sheepskins, urinals, shower chairs, walking aids.
Telephone advice and in store service at Broadview location was great. You don't always get the exact items that have been ordered and have to return things.
Delivery from Beverley location was problematic. Conflicting information given about delivery times, driver not turn up. Did not ring to make alternative arrangements or to notify me that they had been held up. 2 Girls in the Beverley office extremely rude and most unhelpful.
Items ended up being posted out and received promptly. Unsure why this wasn't suggested in the first place. Probably cause they got extra money for home delivery?
Need to ensure you get them to sign for anything that is returned to them. Tried to say that a $6000 inflatable pressure mattress hadn't been returned. As luck had it, I had an independent person verify that the item had been picked up and it was only then they 'found' the mattress.

Absolutely agree with other reviewers about this shocking company. I am surprised that they are still in business. Such RUDE people to deal with.
This company built the home which we subsequently purchased. Nothing but problems with the quality of the work performed - politely asked them to attend to rectification of problems under the statutory warranty. Treated like idiots and had to spend a fortune on a building inspection only to have Fairmont tell us that the building consultants report was not worth the paper that it was written on. Fed up we reported this lot to Business and Consumer affairs and they basically thumbed their noses at them too. They know that they can tell you to go jump and that unless you take them to court and spend a fortune you wont get any warranty work done by them.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS BEFORE YOU GET DONE OVER

Provide a range of services from Podiatry, Physiotherapy, general medical services- with emphasis on sports related medicine and injury, on site radiology (basic service), and highly rated orthopaedic surgeons who generally specialise in a specific bodily area; eg: knee, hip, shoulder. On site specialist sports medicine hospital and associated rehabilitation services. Exceptional service provision, highly rated surgeons. Well appointed hospital facilities. Genuinely caring and extremely competent staff no matter which division of the business you are utilising.

Sorry I sound like I am dribbling, but they provide only the highest levels of service and this is so rare these days.
